Final addendum

Addendum #4, dealing with Builder's Risk Insurance deductibles as well as some miscellaneous technical and structural clarifications and several prior approvals, was issued on December 6, 2006.

Bids will be received until 3 p.m. on December 12, 2006 and will be opened shortly thereafter.

Bid Addenda

Addendum #2 was issued on November 22nd and Addendum #3 was issued on November 30. copies are available from The Sellers Group (see previous post for contact info).

Receipt of bids and related bid opening has been postponed to Tuesday, December 12th 2006.
