Addendum #4, dealing with Builder's Risk Insurance deductibles as well as some miscellaneous technical and structural clarifications and several prior approvals, was issued on December 6, 2006.
Bids will be received until 3 p.m. on December 12, 2006 and will be opened shortly thereafter.
