The receipt of bids has been postponed until Tuesday, December 5, 2006. The location and time remains unchanged. Sealed bids will be received ONLY in the office of the Purchasing Division at the Lafayette Consolidated Government Building, located at 705 W. University, Lafayette, Louisiana, until three o'clock (3:00 p.m.) Central Standard Time on the 5th day of December, 2006. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter.
The mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 in the large conference room at the Public Works Administration Building, 1515 E. University Avenue, Lafayette, LA. Bids will only be accepted from Prime Bidders who attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
